Topic: Working For Good
Date: Tuesday, 17th February, 2026.
Scriptural Emphasis:_”And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.“_ *Romans 8:28.*
We often ask why God allows difficult seasons when He has the power to stop them. Does that make Him cruel? No. God is loving and wise, and there is no evil in Him. His goodness is not reduced by challenges. When Scripture says He works all things for good, it means He can turn even our worst moments into something good as we follow Him. Interestingly, some situations arise not because God caused or initiated them, but because of the decisions we sometimes make as men; yet God is never incapacitated by their outcomes.
God cannot be caught unaware by your mistakes, or be boxed into a corner by the gravity of what you have done. He already knows the consequences of every possible decision and has made His grace available ahead of time to fix any issue that may arise. Redemption itself proves this: God did not design Adam to fall, yet through the fall He brought a greater reality, greater glory; Christ. Thereby restoring what was lost in a greater measure. *John 10:10.*
What situation are you regretting right now? What mess feels beyond repair? Relax and let God in. He is not the reason for the mess you’re in, but He is above all situations and can redeem anything surrendered to Him. Even now, He knows what to do, in order for things to turn out for your good.
Action Point: Bring every regret, mistake, and burden honestly before God and trust Him to turn it around for your good.
Prayer Point: Father, I trust You with my past, my present, and my outcomes. Let Your good be revealed in every area of my life in Jesus’ Name.
Quote of the Day:
“The knowledge of God’s goodness brings rest.”
